By submitting the contest application, I hereby: (1) authorize public display of any and all photographs and/or video clips of my landscape and name but not my address, for the purposes of promoting water conservation programs in Santa Barbara County; and (2) agree (if I am a contest winner) to post a winner's sign in my front yard for 1 year.
Residents of single-family homes in areas served by the following water providers in Santa Barbara County: Carpinteria Valley Water District, Montecito Water District, City of Santa Barbara, City of Solvang, and Vandenberg Village Community Services District.
