  • Setup / Tear Down Crew

    This is part-time as needed work. We use our Setup / Tear down crew for our larger corporate events. We generally require help during weekdays and evenings. If you are able to help during the day only or the evening only or both, we'd be glad to talk with you about fitting into your schedule. 
  • Can you push, pull, carry 50lbs frequently*

  • DJ / MC

    The DJ / MC primarily works on weekends, Friday/Saturday nights, which makes being a DJ/MC a great fit to earn extra cash. Our sales team will sell you and schedule you. All you have to do is work with your wedding couples to give them an evening they will remember!

  • Casino Dealer

    Love playing games and showing players a good time? Our Casino dealers are paid cash the evening they work. No need to setup or tear down your space as that is done for you. All you have to do is show up, have fun and get paid! Our casino dates are primarily in December, January, February, but occasionally we have events throughout the year. This makes being a casino dealer a great way to earn extra cash!

  • As part of being a dealer, it is your responsibility to make sure that your table is cleaned and orderly at the end of the night. This includes making sure that chip trays are re-filled, cards/shufflers/chip signs/dice, etc are put away & covers are put on. If you are interested in helping with tear down, such as packing tables, striking other design elements and loading vehicle, please indicate that here. If you do help with tear down, you will be paid additionally for that and you will be notified if you are scheduled to help with tear down for your event.*
  • Occasionally we have the need for a Lead Dealer. This is someone that is well educated on the aspects of a casino event, such as being able to explain the rules to the guests, dealer table assignments, etc. If you are interested in this role, please indicate that here. You will also be paid extra for this role.*

  • Character

    We offer different character experiences through our Living Imaginations brand. Some characters include super heroes and Disney Princesses. Occasionally we'll have a special themed party where we might need to expand into another character. We provide the costumes and pay you cash! Must love interacting with children and have your photo taken with kids.

  • Warehouse

    Success happens when you make everyday count. That's our mantra in the warehouse at Jer Events. With our growing diversity in events, we need a fast paced crew of individuals that keep things moving. You will be tasked to unload equipment, put away equipment, organize equipment, prep equipment, and load equipment in preparation for the next event. This is a part time position that could grow into full time. Hours vary day-to-day based on needs for that day/week.
  • We have a variety of vehicles that we use to transport gear to and from our events. Please check the boxes of the types of vehicles that you are comfortable to operate*
  • We use a variety of carts in our warehouse on a daily basis, please check all carts that you are comfortable to use on a daily basis*
  • We occasionally build our own cases, various decor for special events, etc. How comfortable are you using hand tools?*
  • If given the task to build a case or a special project, what is your confidence on being able to complete it?*
  • Warehouse tasks include troubleshooting and repairing equipment that is used for our events, what is your confidence in being able to repair broken equipment?*

  • Video Tech / Videographer

    As a Video Tech / Videographer, you could be asked to work a stationary camera with a switcher to change between multiple shots, or you could be asked to grab a mobile camera and take in some stunning footage. You may also be asked to edit video that you have shot or if a client gives you raw footage to edit for them. Our events range from corporate, to commercials, to weddings. Must be willing to work in all environments and communication is important! This is currently part-time, as needed work. It could grow into full time.

  • Audio Tech

    The Audio Tech must have an ear for sound. If it doesn't sound good, you have to know how to fix it. You could be asked to work a corporate event where you will need to apply headsets, lapels, podium mics, and handheld mics. Working with clients up close and personal must be in your wheelhouse. You may also be asked to tune in a band. If this is your strong suit, we need you! This is currently part-time as needed work. It could grow into full-time.

  • Photo Booth Attendant

    As a Photo Booth Attendant, your primary task is to set up a photo booth, show users how to operate, and be present to interact with users. You will not be in any photos with users. 
  • Most of the events that you will be asked to work at are weddings. Do you have nice clothes to wear, such as a dress/suit*
  • On occasion you may be asked to work a corporate event where there is a theme. Would you be willing to dress in an appropriate costume?*
