  • This form serves as the single point of submission for all service requests for all staff within One Acre Fund.

    Here are the types of support you can request through this form—you may submit these requests on your own behalf or on someone else's behalf:

    • Payroll / payslips / taxes support
    • Benefits clarification
    • Performance management (Lattice)

    • Leave clarification
    • Policy clarification or support
    • Employment verification letter request

    All requests will be processed in between 1-4 days but we prioritize responses based on the type of request. You will receive confirmation of receipt within a half-hour of submitting your request and can clarify urgency at that point if needed.

    Managers note: Changes to staff employment data (e.g. Manager, Job Title, Location, Termination, Compensation and benefits changes, etc.) should *not* be submitted using this form. Please continue to submit these requests using the existing channels:

    • 🛑 Before filing a grievance using this form, please review your reporting options:

      We offer three centralized grievance reporting mechanisms to ensure a safe and confidential environment for addressing concerns:

      1. Anonymous Reporting Form: This channel allows you to submit a report entirely anonymously, with no requirement for providing your email or name. Your identity will remain unknown throughout the reporting process, ensuring your privacy while raising your concerns. Staff making anonymous reports, however, should keep in mind that they will (a) need to provide sufficient information about the issue being reported for it to be investigated and that (b) given anonymity, there will not be any follow-up with that staff member or any acknowledgment that an investigation has been opened, conducted and/or closed.
      2. Global Hotline: You can report grievances directly to our Legal team by sending an email to globalhotline@oneacrefund.org. This option, while not totally anonymous, provides a focused and confidential avenue for addressing concerns of a more sensitive nature.
      3. This Form: Finally, you can use this form to report grievances directly to either your Country or the Global HR team. While your identity will be known to HR, rest assured that your information will be handled discreetly, confidentially, and professionally. This is a good option in the case where you have a potential concern, but it may not rise to the level of requiring a Legal investigation.
