This form serves as the single point of submission for all service requests for all staff within One Acre Fund.

Here are the types of support you can request through this form—you may submit these requests on your own behalf or on someone else's behalf:
- Payroll / payslips / taxes support
- Benefits clarification
- Performance management (Lattice)
- Raises
- Request a cash advance
- Health insurance / emergency support
- Leave clarification
- Policy clarification or support
- Employment verification letter request
- Staff data request
- Immigration / travel support
- Offboarding information for voluntary resignations
- File a grievance
- Email troubleshooting
- USA / NPC only payroll support
- Other
All requests will be processed in between 1-4 days but we prioritize responses based on the type of request. You will receive confirmation of receipt within a half-hour of submitting your request and can clarify urgency at that point if needed.
Managers note: Changes to staff employment data (e.g. Manager, Job Title, Location, Termination, Compensation and benefits changes, etc.) should *not* be submitted using this form. Please continue to submit these requests using the existing channels:
