Commercial Exhibitor fee is $250.
Commercial Equipment fee is $250.
An additional $250 donation secures the exhibitor or equipment provider a sponsorship slot and ensures the company name is printed on the festival shirt (as long as shirts have not been printed for current year). Should you miss the cutoff for the current year for the shirts, the festival will provide a banner instead.
If all 50V amps are filled, generators will be permitted. Vendor coordinator will notify any vendor needing to provide thier own generator.
Set up will be Friday April 22nd between the hours of 2:00pm-5:00pm. Set up WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UNTIL 2 P.M
. If you show up early, you will have
to wait in the parking lot. If this time frame does not work with your business please speak to Angela to
make arrangements.
ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP BY 7:45 AM AND VEHICLES WILL NEED TO BE OUT OF
THE AREA BY THIS TIME ON DAY OF THE EVENT. Tear down will be no earlier than 5:00pm on Saturday.
It is up to the vendor whether they breakdown Friday, or not.
All though security will be provided the
Louisiana Forest Festival is not responsible for any theft or damaged to property/product.
Water & Soft Drinks will only be sold by the Louisiana Forest Festival Board.
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
Invoices will be provided upon completion of registration. Check email inbox assigned to form.

The undersigned vendor acknowledges and understands all above stated rules and will abide by those rules. The undersigned vendor acknowledges and understands that if found in violation of any of the aforementioned rules, they are subject to be escorted off the premises and banned from returning back to the Louisiana Forest Festival.
