TERMS OF SERVICE

Engagement of Services
The Seller hereby engages Franchise & Business Opportunities, LLC (“FBO”) to market the business for sale.

Buyer Inquiries
FBO shall serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries from prospective buyers.

Fees
The Seller agrees to the following compensation structure:

Monthly Fee: $79.95 per month, billed automatically.
Success Fee: A $3,500 success fee shall be collected by the franchisor at closing and forwarded to FBO.
All fees paid are non-refundable.

Agreement Term, Pausing, and Cancellation
This agreement begins on the date signed and continues on a month-to-month basis unless and until paused or canceled by the Seller.

To pause or cancel a listing, the Seller must provide written notice at least 10 days prior to the next scheduled billing date by emailing steve@fbobb.com. Billing will cease at the end of the then-current billing cycle.

If written notice is received fewer than 10 days before the next billing date, one additional monthly fee will be charged.

Upon receipt of a pause or cancellation request, FBO may remove, modify, or downgrade advertising at its discretion for the remainder of the paid billing period.

The monthly fee is waived once the business is under a fully executed purchase agreement.
