Tuition Assistance Process

In line with our commitment to reach higher for student outcomes and our mission to do so at an accessible cost, Westlawn will continue to support student financial needs in the 2024-2025 year. Yet, as the school continues to grow in enrollment during its foundational years, we are limited with our scholarship funding. With that said, we anticipate our scholarship funding to grow with the school and we strive to do everything we are able to support your student's enrollment. Please know that if you are receiving this application, we know your child is a great candidate for our school and if we can support your family, we will do the best of our ability.
Families wishing to participate in the tuition assistance program must have applied and been accepted to Westlawn School. The process to apply for financial assistance begins in March with the completion of this application. The information provided on this form will be used by the Westlawn Tuition Assistance Committee to select recipients for tuition assistance. It is important that you give complete details concerning your financial information.

Round 1. Complete this form by April 30th, 2023 to be considered for the first round of tuition assistance in the AY 2023-2024.

Round 2. Applications submitted after April 30th will be considered in the second round.

Round 3. Applications submitted after May 30th will be considered in the third round.

It is recommended that families submit the application as soon as possible.

North Carolina’s Education Student Accounts (ESA+) program is available to meet the needs of students with disabilities. Funds may be used to pay tuition and fees for eligible private schools, and for expenses such as speech therapy, tutoring services, and educational technology.

Complete the entire application if you wish for your student to be considered for need-based scholarships. Stepparent information may replace Mother or Father's information: Please report earnings for the parent/stepparent who the student has lived with most of the time (over 50%) in the past twelve months. If the student lives with both parents equally then provide answers about the parent/stepparent who provides the most financial support.

For your reference: Westlawn 2024-2025 Tuition is $37,800.00, which includes a non-refundable $2,000.00 deposit.
