PROOF OF CURRENT RABIES & DISTEMPER VACCINATIONS WILL BE REQUIRED. CURRENT TITER TESTS ACCEPTED ALSO.   

Please fill out the Exhibitor Information section and then the Ferret Information Section - one ferret per section, all possible show entries can be entered for each ferret in the one section. 

After all ferrets are entered, please check the Show Summary section to verify counts and totals.  Counts and totals are calculated for you.  You will immediately receive an email confirmation once your entries are submitted.  Please make payment via PayPal: FertBuckeyeBash@aol.com

Payment may be made by via PayPal at FertBuckeyeBash@aol.com or check to Ferret Buckeye Bash, 4640 Marysville Rd. Delaware, OH 43015.  For PayPal you MUST ADD A 3% PAYPAL FEE.  (If 3% fee not paid must be paid by day of show.  (We prefer to ask for the 3% fee rather than increase the entry fees but if people continue to not add the 3% we may need to increase entry fees.)
