  • The following steps will guide you through the software installation and device preparation stages for using our new TC-Code Loader.

    Your SQA upgrade will require you to download and install the latest software. Accessing this software may require administrative rights or permissions from your lab or hospital.

  • UPGRADE DEVICE

  • INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPGRADE

  • Please install our latest software upgrade on your SQA or QwikCheck (Human) device. This update is required to use the Test Credit Code feature.

    Once you have completed your software update, click NEXT.

  • You will need the RS232 – USB cable, the RS232 splitter cable, and one of the Android adapters included in your TC-Code Loader Kit.

  • PREPARE YOUR SOFTWARE

  • Please begin by closing the Vision software on your Windows PC

  • Connect Your SQA-Device

  • Take the RS232 end of your RS232-USB cable, and plug it into the back panel of your SQA-Vision device.

  • Take the RS232 splitter cable and plug the Female End into the back of your SQA-V device.

    * Remove the current RS232 cable if plugged in

  • Take the RS232 splitter cable and plug the Female End into the back of your Qwikcheck device.

    * Remove the current RS232 cable if plugged in

  • You must connect your SQA-V to a PC to use the TC-Code Loader software. If you are not already connected, please connect the SQA to a PC using the RS-232 to USB converter in the kit

    We recommend using the RS232-USB cable provided in your TC-Code Loader Kit.

  • Connect Your SQA-Device

  • Reconnect your current RS232 cable to a Male End of your RS232 splitter.

    * If you are not currently using an RS232 cable, continue to the next step

  • Connect your RS232 side of your RS232 - USB Cable to the open Male End of your RS232 splitter.

  • Connect the appropriate Android Adapter into the charging port of your Android device.

  • Plug the USB side of your RS232 - USB Cable into the base of the Android Adapter connected to your Android device.

  • DOWNLOAD TC-CODE LOADER APP

  • You’re all set. Click the image below to download the TC-Code Loader APP. The App will guide you through the installation and Test Credit Code loading process.

    You can upload test credits directly through this app in the future.
