Thank You for your continuous communication with me regarding your appointments it is very much appreciated. Moving forward I'm implementing a Late and Cancellation policy and I wanted to send it out to all my existing clients.
*Late Policy- If you are 15 minutes late or more, I will have to cancel your appointment and reschedule you for another time. Half the missed appointment fee will be added on to your rescheduled time to make up for the disruption in scheduling. I realize that sometimes sickness or an emergency happens and will give grace in those situations.
*Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance to the best of your ability. I realize that sometimes sickness or an emergency happens and will give grace in those situations.
If more than 2 cancellations or no shows happen without legitimate emergency circumstances, I will have to terminate you as a client to protect my personal and professional well being. My time as well as my other clients’ time is valuable and it is unfair to take away from loyal customers. Thank you for understanding and your continued loyalty. I appreciate you!!!
