THE RIBFEST at CONNEAUT LAKE PARK

Dear Crafter,

Plans are underway for The RibFest at Conneaut Lake Park produced by Signature Events Erie.  National Ribbers from around the country will be coming to Conneaut Lake Park to serve up their mouth-watering ribs.

SO many exciting events are planned from the Ribs, the local Breweries, Giant Beer Pong Contest, Corn Hole Tournament, Kids Activities, and Live Music all weekend long, and an important part of the event, YOU the crafter.

The RibFest is currently seeking crafter applications for the 2022 event. The event will be held at Conneaut Lake Park, 12382 Center Street, Conneaut Lake, PA. We are super excited about the possibilities of this location.

We do not give exclusives to vendors, but we also do not flood the show with the same type of merchandise. Space will not be held.

This is looking to be a big event you will not want to miss it!

Vendor Set-Up Information

 

When arriving at the event, please check-in at the information booth which will be located just inside the main gate.  Set-Up may begin as early as 12:00 pm on Thursday, August 18.

• A single 110v outlet will be provided if needed.  
• Please place all garbage into the dumpster and leave your space as clean as when you arrived.  Nothing should be left behind.
• NO early teardown.  If this is not followed, you will not be permitted to come back to future shows. Security will be 24 hours starting Thursday at 12:00 pm through Sunday at 7:00 pm.
• If needed, there is a vendor available for tent rentals.  Please contact us if needed.
• All vendor booths must be properly anchored in case of high winds or storms.  If you have a smaller canopy, please lower it before you leave for the day and remove the fabric covering for the night.  This will help reduce the chance that your canopy blows away during a storm and damages someone else’s vehicle or booth.
• Signature Events Erie has tables & chairs available for rent if needed.
• Absolutely NO food or drink sales.  Vendors are not permitted to prepare food in their booths to give away to attendees. Snacks & popcorn machines are NOT permitted.
• Signs are ONLY permitted to be displayed in your own booth space.  
• The use of The RibFest or The RibFest at Conneaut Lake Park's name and/or logo is NOT permitted.
• ALL vehicles must be off the event grounds by 10:30 am each day of the event. 

EVENT TIMES:  August 19-21,  2022

                       Friday & Saturday 11:00 am – 10:00 pm

                       Sunday 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

LOCATION:       Conneaut Lake Park, 12382 Center Street W, Conneaut Lake, PA.

Vendors may tear down Sunday, August 21 at 6:00 pm.  No early teardown.

The event is held Rain or Shine! You MUST remain open during event hours. Space must be vacated by 10:00 pm Sunday, August 21 unless other arrangements are made.

I hereby agree to comply with the regulations for this event as outlined in the attached letter or as expressed by representatives of The RibFest at Conneaut Lake Park, Signature Events Erie, Gears-N-Grub Limited, Conneaut Lake Park, Board Members, Committee, and/or employees.  Acceptance to participate this year does not guarantee acceptance in subsequent years.  Booth locations are subject to change and corner spaces are not guaranteed.
