Programme Details

Building Business Leaders of the Future programme focuses on people development. Its purpose is to offer young and aspiring ethnic minority businesses owners the right tools to build and grow their business that is strong on ethical leadership, sustainability and making social impact while making profits. Participants examine their businesses as case studies throughout the course and apply core business concepts through real-world applications.

The exciting curriculum will bring in world class academics, industry experts and inspirational entrepreneurs to offer participants an excellent opportunity to learn and bring change into their business as well as their own leadership style. These full day workshops will be interactive with lots of group activities, case studies and fire side chats/ inspirational talks by industry experts and entrepreneurs.

Who can attend?

This programme is focussing on supporting businesses that are either at start-up stage or setting themselves for growth. If you meet any of the following criteria, you can apply:

Any MSDUK certified businesses with less than £1m turnover

Cost

The full programme cost of £2500 is covered by our programme sponsors AgileOne, therefore all 26 businesses will receive a scholarship and will be able to attend the programme for FREE.

A £200 refundable deposit will be required if accepted on the programme, and refunded upon completion fo the programme if the participant attended 80% (4/5 workshops)
Participants will have to bear the cost of travel and accommodation, if any.
