Application for Arts and Crafts Vendors ONLY
The event formerly known as Sunday Afternoon in the Park has been renamed the Annual Tina Ross Afternoon in the Park as a tribute to the late Commissioner Tina Ross in honor of her love for the arts and the Town of Mint Hill.
Mnt Hill Events, Inc. is soliciting artists and musicians to display, perform, demonstrate and sell their products at the Annual Tina Ross Afternoon in the Park, on Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
The event will be held at the fountain in front of Town Hall located at 4430 Mint Hill Village Lane. There is a $25 fee for artist participation (food vendor fees are $50); vendors must provide their own tables, tents, displays, etc. No electricity is provided. Only items handmade by the exhibiting artist will be allowed. Franchises, imports, and commercially produced items are strictly prohibited. The committee reserves the right to reject any pieces that do not fit our family-friendly event. Space is limited.
Please complete and return the application and a photograph of your work by February 28, 2023. You will be notified of your acceptance by March 1. Feel free to share this information with your friends.
