NB 25% deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed which is non-refundable (see clause 5). You are strongly advised to take out a Travel Insurance policy with a cancellation clause. Lettings are from 3.00pm on arrival & 10.30am departure day, unless agreed otherwise. Prices quoted on our website are for one week.

Ballance of villa rental cost is payable 8 weeks prior to departure, a reminder will be emailed. A £200.00 security deposit is also required, this is refunded 1 week after your departure, please read our Terms & Conditions regarding the security deposit.
