*The Rounsefell Suite is available during the day between 08:00 - 18:00 @ £70.00 for a full day & £40.00 for a half day ( 08:00 - 12:00 or 13:00 - 17:00) or in the evening between 18:00 - 22:00 @ £40.00.

The Cheriton Room is available at £8.00 per hour

Payment information
You will be sent an invoice for the booking fee and deposit (£50) once we have received your booking request form.

To guarantee your booking you will need to pay the fee and deposit, and also accept the terms and conditions of hire.

Cancellation

If you subsequently wish to cancel your booking everything is fully refundable up to 48h in advance of the booking start time. If you cancel later than 48 hours of the booking start time then your fee will be still be refunded.

Cancellations should be made in writing by emailing admin@devonyfc.co.uk.
