You may select yearly, or 6 month memberships.

Memberships are limited and may not be available.

 

If you are looking to book

hourly, please call or come by the pro shop.

 

You will be contacted with your unique access

number and to schedule your walkthrough.

 

Bookings and key code access allow for 24/7 play

on the brand new Trackman system.

 

Memberships have the following restrictions:

• Maximum booking of 12 hours per week.
• Bookings may be set up to 14 days in advance.
• Bookings are available 24 hours a day.
• Each Reservation is for 1 hour. If you would like a 2 hour window, please book two back to back reservations.
• Public Daily Use of the facility will be opened 3 days in advance.
• Maximum of 4 players per bay per reservation.
• As a member you are not allowed to book both bays for more than 4 players in a given time slot. You will be asked to cancel a reservation and limit use to yourself and 3 guests. (For example booking both bays for 1 member and 7 guests.)
• No food or drinks are allowed onto the turf area.
• Each member is responsible for damage caused by themselves or guests.
• Items such as golf balls, rentals, demo equipment remains in the simualtor space.
• No Professional instruction other than by Eaglewood Staff is allowed.
• Golf balls for simulator use will be provided.
• Please do not use personal, worn or used golf balls.
• Clean golf clubs are required for use in simulators.
• No spiked shoes in simulators.
• Visitors under the age of 14 must have an adult present.
• Member must be present during booking.
  
  • Immediate Household is an exception
  • (13 years and under must have an adult)
  • Keyfob or keycode may not be given to others.
  • Violation of this policy will be an immediate cancelation of membership.
• These spaces are under 24 hour surveillance.
• These spaces are meant for enjoyment, practice and games. It is not meant for a hangout space, party space or gathering with large group of people with your membership.
• Members are financially responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow the directions.

Rules while playing:

• No swinging of clubs outside of hitting area.
• Only one player in hitting area at a time.
• Be cautious when swinging clubs for other players, tvs etc.
• Shots must always be aimed at the screen.
• No Happy Gilmore or trick shots.
• When your reservation time ends please allow other groups in.
