    Linn County Lamb & Wool Fair
  • 2023 Linn County Lamb & Wool Fair May 19-21, 2023

    We invite you to participate as a vendor in our Lamb & Wool Fair in Scio, Oregon. Go online to www.lambfair.com or complete and return the enclosed application. Space is limited and allocated to past vendors with application fees in by March 25th, then on a first-come basis. Please note that we have activities in more than one location and vendors will be placed at these locations as needed.

    To participate vendors need to know the following rules:

    All vendors are required to know what rules, regulations or laws pertain to their products and are expected to follow those, including obtaining any permits or licenses required.

    We accept nonprofit / for profit food booths, crafts / homemade items, commercial sale items, direct sale items, and informational booths as our vendors. Please fully describe your product in the space provided on your application. Every effort is made not to duplicate vendors.

    The following products are unacceptable at our fair and vendors of them will be denied or removed from participation: weapons or look alike weapons (guns, swords), including, but not limited to squirt guns, toys that shoot projectiles, aerosol string, sparks or burst in any way; hats, T-shirts, sweatshirts or any other products that have logos or contain illustrations with violence, strong sexual, gang or drug related contents; The fair board may bar other items at its discretion.

    This is a 3 day outside event. Each vendor needs to provide their own table, chair, supplies and canopy/tent. All vendors will be responsible for setting up their space/take down/and clean-up of their area including removing all garbage from their area at the end of the day. We will have a garbage dumpster on site for vendors to use. Please do not use the public trash cans.

    Food Trucks / Trailers will need to make arrangements to set up in advance. (Thursday by appt Food vendors are required to have tape registers, plus activity report for debit/credit cards, (due each night to the coordinator before leaving the fairgrounds

    Booth vendors set up Friday between 8:00am & 11:00am. Vendor placement maps will be available at our information booth and with the coordinator. All location changes must be approved. Any refunds will be made after the Fair (if approved by the Fair Board The Fair officially opens at Noon Friday. If a vendor purchases a site & fails to appear by 11am, the site may be given to another vendor to maintain full vending areas. Late and Overflow vendors will be accommodated only as space is available.

    For Safety reasons all booth break downs will be after 3 pm on Sunday. No vehicles are allowed on fairgrounds til 4pm. Early Breakdown will remove you as a future vendor.

  • Note: Each vendor should take appropriate measures to protect their property. Linn County Lamb & Wool Fair is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods, products or personal items.

    By participating in this event, you are agreeing to follow the OHA Guidelines set forth for the fair to operate. We reserve the right to deny continued participation at any time and the decision of the vendor coordinator is final.

    *I/We agree to abide by the rules of the Fair, accept as final the decisions of the Fair Officials, and behave in a manner of peace and goodwill toward vendors and fairgoers. I/We agree to hold the fair, Fair Officials and property owners harmless and not liable. As a vendor, I/we accept any and all responsibilities for any loss or damage that may occur to my exhibit and property. The Linn Co. Lamb and Wool Fair and their committees, volunteers, property owners, and vendors shall in no manner be responsible and/or liable if any damage, loss or injury to persons or property shall be caused by reason of any neglect or willful act of myself, my firm or corporation, agents, representatives, or employee, My payment acknowledges that I have read this and that I am responsible for any cost incurred as a result of damages caused by my product(s) to the facilities and/or persons.

  • Please note 2022 vendors will be given first opportunity to attend the fair.

    Participant's fees: All displays and products must be contained inside the vendor space. Food Vendors (Tents /Trailer / Truck) $150.00 plus 10% of sales All other vendors (10' X 10') $90.00 for each measured space Non Profit groups (10' X 10') $30.00 for each measured space.

  • Payment must be submitted with this application and signed agreement by March 25th. Linn County Lamb & Wool Fair, Vendor Coordinator will review your application.  If you're not accepted as a vendor you're payment will be reversed.
