  • Mahalo for applying for the Wailua Bay Creator's Fair at the Hilton Garden Inn, Wailua Bay.

    PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:

    The application is open for Waitlist vendors consideration only.  We are not able to accept any Jewelry vendors due to the large number of vendors already in this category, even if you sell jewelry as one of the many items at your tent, you will not be considered.  We encourage you to review the list of vendors we already have on the fair's website to ensure you are not duplicating any of the items already being sold.  After applying, we will review all applications to ensure they fit the criteria of the fair.  We will be taking the month of February to review all applications and make final decisions after that time frame, this is not a "first-come, first-serve" application process.

    All applications will be considered and approved based on quality and need for the type of item you are selling.  Our goal is to continue to have a fair that is well rounded, focusing on hand-crafted items, and as many options as possible for our customers.  We believe this will help all those selling to have a more prosperous day.

     

    LOCATION: Hilton Garden Inn, Wailua Bay

    ADDRESS: 3-5920 Kuhio Hwy, Kapa'a, HI

    EVENT DAY: 4th Sunday of each month

    EVENT TIME: 8:30am - 1:00pm

    LOAD IN: Starts at 7:00am, done by 8:00am

    COST: $50.00 per space

    Fair is located outside so please provide your own 10'x10' tent (13' tents are not permited at this fair), table, chair, and any needed displays.

    There will be no electrical or wifi provided, so please plan accordingly.  *gas generators will NOT be permitted (with the exception of food trucks).

    Drop off heavy items near designated assigned vendor spot, then please move and park your car behind hotel's loading dock.  Map to follow for exact location for vendor parking.

    *Payment will be due same day as application is approved, or two weeks prior to the approved fair date, whichever is closer. This information will be included in the approval email.

  • Terms and Conditions:

    1. The craft fair will run from 8:30am to 1:00pm and is open to the public.
    2. Vendors will have time to set up begining at 7am and are required to be completed by 8:15am.
    3. Due to the limited and unique space that this fair is located in, we are not able to allow any 13' x 13' tents, all vendors must provide a 10' x 10' tent or smaller.
    4. All items being sold are subject to approval by the fair's host committee.
    5. All vendor vehicles must be parked in the resort parking lot behing loading dock. (Map to follow)
    6. Payment is required at time of approval. However, may be made at time of application.  Should application be denied, a full refund will be made back to vendor.
    7. All applications are subject to approval and when approved will receive a confirmation email.
