Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement")  is made effective as of {effectivityDate} and will remain active and executable unless otherwise terminated, by and between the following parties:

8point8 Virtual Assistance Services, hereinafter referred to as "8point8" through Lisa F. Sabala as the representative of the business whose address is specified below:

and {name}, hereinafter referred to as "Affiliate," whose details are specified below:

WHEREAS, 8point8 operates using an affiliate program to promote its services; and

WHEREAS, the Affiliate wishes to participate in 8point8’s affiliate program.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, 8point8 and the Affiliate (collectively referred to as the "Parties") agree as follows:

I. Affiliate Program Terms

• The Affiliate agrees to refer potential clients to 8point8 and will be eligible to receive a commission as outlined in this Agreement.
  
  
• Referrals made by the Affiliate before the effective date of this Agreement will not be eligible for commissions.
  
  
• Signing this Agreement does not make the Affiliate an employed agent or representative of 8point8. 8point8 has no obligation to pay the Affiliate a retainer fee or any other form of fixed compensation.

II. Commission Payouts for Auto Pay Plan Client Referrals

• On a monthly basis, 8point8 will send the Affiliate commission payouts for successfully referred clients who purchase a $330 USD/MONTH Virtual Assistance Auto Pay Plan at full price.

• The Affiliate will receive a one-time commission amount of $30 USD (Thirty US Dollars) for each successful referral. 

• Upon a referred client successfully signing up for an Auto Pay Service Plan, 8point8 will inform the Affiliate about the signup and award the specified commission.

• Commissions are paid via PayPal, using the account details provided by the Affiliate at the time of joining the Affiliate Program. 8point8 commits to transferring any accrued monthly commissions to the Affiliate's PayPal on or before the 8th of the following month.

• Commissions are granted when a referral enlists for a service and indicates the Affiliate's name during onboarding.

• 8point8 ensures timely payout processing and will communicate any delays or issues to the Affiliate, if any.
  
  
  

III. Referral Tracking

• 8point8 is responsible for tracking and monitoring referrals received through the Affiliate.

• The Affiliate agrees to receive emailed reports and announcements from 8point8 about their Affiliate account and activities.

   

IV. Referral Methods and Paid Advertisement Restrictions

• The Affiliate is granted the privilege of referring potential clients to 8point8 by posting on social media, sending out email campaigns, or using word of mouth. They are encouraged to direct referrals to explore the 8point8 website, initiate communication via email, or schedule a discovery call.

• The Affiliate should use their influence to share accurate information about 8point8's services, being solely responsible for any misrepresentations.

• 8point8 prohibits the use of paid advertisements by Affiliates to promote its services, focusing on organic referrals within the Affiliate's network.

• The Affiliate shall be solely responsible for any potential misrepresentation of 8point8's services, and 8point8 shall bear no liability in such circumstances.

 

V. Eligibility

• 8point8’s Affiliate Program is by invitation only. 
  
  
• The Affiliate, whether he or she is currently an active client at 8point8 or a former client, may receive commission payouts for their referrals who sign up for an Auto Pay Service Plan. 
  
  
• 8point8 reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate's participation in the affiliate program at its discretion at any time.

VI. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

This Agreement may be amended or modified only in writing. The Parties acknowledge that they have thoroughly reviewed this Agreement and execute the same as follows:
