S'iniz Planning LLC provides bespoke event and travel planning services for the fees listed in our pricing packages. To begin work, an initial payment is required and varies depending on many variables- event, location, # of people, # of days and # of destinations. For travel packages that include booking, once the fee is paid in full, S’iniz Planning LLC will secure and confirm arrangements as agreed. For packages that do not include booking, full payment is due upon receipt of service(s) rendered. This fee is separate from the cost of your event and/or trip. Planning Fee: S’iniz Planning LLC charges a nonrefundable service fee to begin services. Additional fees may apply for extra services.
Forms of Payment: S’iniz Planning LLC accepts ACH payment in the form of debit/credit cards and PayPal. The “Total Charges” you will pay for using our services will always be disclosed to you before you are asked for final payment.
Late Payment Charges: Invoices not settled by the due date incur a 5% fee if overdue by more than 7 days. Fees accrue daily until payment is received.
Cancellation Fees: You are responsible for any cancellation fees that occur should you decide to cancel your event/trip. Along with cancellation fees charged by S’iniz Planning LLC., our vendors and/or suppliers may also impose a cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee is above and beyond the amount you have paid into your event/ trip at the time of your cancellation, S’iniz Planning LLC. will invoice and charge any card on file for the balance due to cover all cancellation fees.
Once you have paid in full and your event/ trip has started, substitutions, cancellations or changes are not possible for any reason.
Refunds: We do not offer or pay any refund for any of our services once payment is received. There is a 100 % penalty for a NO SHOW on any services we book, regardless of the terms of the specific vendor or supplier. If you have paid in full, and then cancel more than 90 days prior to event/trip we will do our best to get any refundable amount credited or returned to you from our vendors and/or suppliers, but we cannot guarantee a refund.
Chargeback Policy: If you have a complaint about any service we provide, please contact us first. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to stand behind our products and services that we sell. We will make every attempt to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the services we’ve provided you. S’iniz Planning LLC considers credit card chargebacks to be fraud if you made no reasonable effort to notify us that a problem existed, or to resolve or clarify a situation or matter. You agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit card by S’iniz Planning LLC or its vendors and/or suppliers If you chargeback a credit card charge for a payment initiated by you, you agree that we may recover the amount of the chargeback, as well as the chargeback fee of $150 by any means we deem necessary.
Exchange Rate: S’iniz Planning LLC reserves the right to adjust costs in the event of currency exchange fluctuations between the Dollar and the destination currency. Exchange rates are not locked until final payment.
By paying a consultation/service fee, placing your deposit for event/travel, or paying for our services in any way, you agree that you have read and understand S’iniz Planning LLC.’s no refund policy.
By signing below, I understand and accept for myself and guest included in my party S’iniz Planning LLC's Fee Structure. I acknowledge and accept there are cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to my event/travel plans and services. I agree to all fees such as cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, and understand that un-used portions of credits are non-refundable. I also understand these fees are separate from the cost of the event/trip.
