Food Vendors 1:00pm
Please remember we only allow (2) entrepreneurs from the same category. GENERAL INFORMATION: This is a RAIN OR SHINE outdoor event. Each vendor will have at least a 10x10 space to set up. All vendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. There will not be any electricity. Generators are welcome. Events will only be rescheduled if there is lighting present. The event will not be rescheduled due to rain.
Vendors should be completely set up before the event start time. No exceptions. If you arrive after 3:30pm you will not be allowed to set up and no refund will be issued. Please do not break down until the event is over at 10pm! If you do need to leave before the event is over, please inform a staff member. This allows us to prevent the domino effect of other vendors packing up, assuming the event is over.
If you need more space please contact a staff member. If you do not speak with anyone you are not allowed to set up additional tents.
If you are unable to attend the event please let us know as early as possible. If you do not communicate with us, you will not be able to participate in any future events.
We will not have the pavilion this year. You will need a tent. Your tent it MUST be weighed down. You should have at least 20 pounds per leg. Please bring lights, it will be dark by the time we conclude. ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER ON SITE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Food Vendors:This year the focus will be on providing samples, so guest can experience a Taste of Jackson. Please bring a WOW factor. Each sample will be a sample of your choice. The sample must be a $5 sample. You may also sell regular items if you choose.
Additional information about the event will come out one week prior to the event. We will post all information in our private Facebook group.
I agree that I am paying for an event hosted by The Jackson Entrepreneurs Group. I understand this payment is non-refundable. All money goes towards advertising, venue & other event expenses to make this an outstanding event. If for any reason the event is canceled by the host, I will be allowed to enter another event at no additional charge. I am aware and ready to accept the charges. I understand that the Farmers Market, Jackson Entrepreneurs Group, Jaqushia Buddie, or Ebony Nichols is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or personal property before, during, or after the event.
