Program Description:

During this roundtable, the speakers will provide an overview of the Copyright Royalty Board (CRB), which determines royalty rates and terms applicable to the statutory licenses under the Copyright Act. The speakers will also discuss updates on current CRB proceedings, including Web V, Phonorecords III (Remand) and Phonorecords IV.
