Regarding: Welcome and Reminders
Dear Surftides Plaza Guest,
We would like to welcome you to the Surftides Plaza community and hope you enjoy your stay! We are a mixed-use residential and vacation rental property – many of us live here. Surftides Plaza is our home. It is a wonderful place to vacation as well. Please be considerate of all the rules and regulations we’ve established for our building and grounds, a copy of which you should find in your unit provided by the unit owner or vacation rental management company.
A few important reminders:
Smoking is not allowed on the unit balconies or any common areas within 10 feet of any door or window. Smoke unpleasantly drifts from unit to unit so please...Also, we are a 70s-era largely wooden building and we all must be very
conscious of fire safety.
Use of barbecues or other heating devices is also not allowed on the balconies.
o Please, never toss anything over a balcony and of course, don’t feed the gulls
Surftides Hotel is next door – that is not us! Our office is staffed by our property management company and we do not manage vacation rentals or provide guest support services out of the office (towels, cleaning, concierge, etc.).
The walls are thin – literally! Please keep noise to a reasonable level, for example
o Running or stomping on the floors.
o Slamming doors (including cabinets).
o Excessively loud music or television.
Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM. And we are fairly strict about that, thanks for understanding.
If you bring pets:
o Pets must be on a leash at all times while on the premises and not in your unit. Even the best dogs get overly excited in the confines of our condominium community – strange smells, blind corners, etc.
o Pets must not be left unattended outside of your unit including your balcony.
o Use the designated dog walk and clean up after your pets and dispose of any bags in the receptacles provided.
If you are a unit owner or tenant, please use the parking spaces in the garage below to park your vehicle, if at all possible, during peak season.
Please observe pool hours and all pool rules.
