Transcript Request Form
The first unofficial transcript is available at no cost to the student. Official Transcripts can be sent directly to employers, educational institutions, or other third-party organizations. There is a fee with the Official Transcript, see fees below.

Do to COVID protocol with registrar office staff shortage, the Official Transcripts verification process with official stamp and signed; and all documents will be emailed to destination requested.

Students may request that a 2nd Unofficial Transcript Replacement for a fee, see fees below. Please use the form below to request your transcript and email HealthEversity Leaning at learn@elightenmentalabama.org, if you have additional questions.

Transcripts typically take 3-5 days to process and will be emailed once completed. If you need expedited services, please email HealthEversity Leaning at learn@elightenmentalabama.org; the registrar office and we will do our best to assist
you.
