Transcript Request Form
The first Unofficial Transcript is provided at no cost to the student.

Official Transcripts may be sent directly to employers, educational institutions, or other authorized third-party organizations. A processing fee applies to Official Transcript requests — please refer to the fee schedule below.

Students may also request a second Unofficial Transcript (Replacement) for an additional fee. Please complete the form below to submit your transcript request.

Processing Time: Transcripts are typically processed within 3–5 business days and delivered via email once complete.

If expedited service is required, please email learn@elightenmentalabama.org, and the Registrar’s Office will make every effort to accommodate your request.
