Thank you for your interest in having a booth at She Fest 2022! She Fest centers LGBTQ+ women and non-binary entrepreneurs and small business owners, artists, as well as community groups and non-profit orgs catering to LGBTQ+ folks.
We are seeking unique, diverse, and inclusive organizations and entrepreneurs to set up shop this year. (Please see our anti-discrimination policy below.)
While we would love to have all interested parties participate, space is limited. The She Fest Committee will communicate our final decisions on tabling applications by Sunday, June 5, 2022.

WHERE AND WHEN IS SHE FEST 2022 TAKING PLACE?
She Fest 2022 is taking place at the flagpole in Hillcrest (Normal Street between University and Lincoln) from 12p-6p on Saturday, July 9, 2022.

HOW MUCH DOES A BOOTH COST AT SHE FEST?
All 501(c)(3) non-profits and community groups (regardless of tax status) may participate free of charge. Registration for merchandising / vendors / small businesses may participate for $50. Corporate registration is handled on a case-by-case basis; please email kelcie@sdpride.org for more information.
A select number of fee waivers are available (email shefest@sdpride.org for more information). You will not be asked to pay until AFTER your application has been received and reviewed.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY BOOTH APPLICATION?
You will be notified by a She Fest team member about application decisions no later than June 5th, 2022. Applications are reviewed to ensure harmony with She Fest's mission statement and expressed purpose of inclusivity. If your application is accepted, you will be given further directions including payment and event information. Day-of logistics are typically available closer to the event. Do not hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns.
WHAT IS THE SIZE OF A BOOTH SPACE AT SHE FEST?
Each booth space, unless otherwise noted and previously agreed upon, is 10' x 10'. Canopies or some form of sunshade are strongly recommended. Booths are all located on concrete. Sandbags are recommended. Unless otherwise agreed, She Fest does not provide canopies, tables, or chairs - you must bring your own setup.
WHAT IF I REQUIRE ELECTRICITY?
She Fest is unable to supply electricity for booths: however, you are welcome to bring your own generator.
WHAT ABOUT WASTE DISPOSAL?
There will be trash crews regularly emptying out trash and recycle bins.
