Applications for the November 26 are now closed. Waitlist applications will be open from June 1, 2022 until the day before the market. If a spot opens up, the Hand2Hand partners will review the waitlist. If there is an application that works with the current market mix, we will be in touch.
Hand2Hand Artisan Society
is a registered non-profit organization located in Edmonton, AB. We are run by a collective of 7 local artisans that have collaborated to bring the best handmade, high-quality goods to the local marketplace. We started this endeavour because each of us has a love of art and creativity. We believe in collaboration and supporting local artists.
We have space for up to 60 artisans at our upcoming winter market.
We carefully curate a selection of high-quality, uniquely crafted handmade goods for each market, balancing our selection to ensure the success of all our makers. Waitlist applications are now open, and will be accepted until November 25, 2022. In the spirit of supporting our local artisan community, we are unable to accept any out of province applications.

Spots & Fees
We have approximately 60 spots available. There are limited window and wall spots and all spots include 2 chairs. The $100 spot comes with a 6 foot table. The $120 spot comes with a 6 foot table plus a little bit of space for a small rack (about 2 extra feet). The $160 spot is a 10 x 10 open space with no table. NOTE: The venue has recently upgraded some lighting in the facility, but there are some darker spots. Artisans wishing to highlight their art and wares will need to bring additional lighting for their display.

The Hand2Hand Commitment
Our Commitment to You - We are a partnership of 7 local artisans. We take no pay for the labour we put into our markets - your table fees pay only for marketing and administration. We do this because we are committed to supporting our local handmade community. We believe we are all stronger by supporting one another.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Please verify that you agree to the following:

1) I personally handcraft the items I sell.
2) I understand that I am responsible for my own licensing, health permits as required by AHS, and event liability insurance. Inexpensive one day event insurance is available from companies like Duuo and PALS. (approx $15-40)
3) I understand that table sharing is not permitted. Collective or collaborative work will be considered on a case by case basis, and must be noted in the detailed description of your work.
4) I understand that I will only be entitled to sell what I have been approved to sell and that my application may only be partially accepted.
5) I will merchandise my space artistically and professionally. Table coverings that extend to the floor are a market requirement.
6) After unloading, I will move my vehicle to the designated parking for artisans, leaving the spaces in the parking lots for our fabulous patrons.
7) Load-in starts at 8 am. I will plan my time accordingly and be prepared to sell by 9:50 am on the market date.
8) If I sell out of product, I will NOT leave the sale early in order to show proper respect to our customers and my fellow vendors.
9) I understand that I may not begin teardown until 4 pm, after the market closes.
10) Cancellation/Refund policy: If Hand2Hand has to cancel a market, full refunds will be issued. Vendors that cancel up to 60 days prior to the market will receive a refund less 15%. Vendors that cancel up to 30 days prior to the market will receive a refund less 25%. Cancellations after the 30 day mark will not receive a refund. Market fees are non-transferable and will not be carried over to the next market.
11) I allow Hand2Hand to utilize the bio and pictures supplied to promote my business and the Hand2Hand Market.
12) I will abide by all public health and safety measures in place, to ensure the safety of my fellow vendors, market partners, facility staff, and patrons.
13) I understand and agree with the H2H Partners vision in supporting handmade. I appreciate my Handmade Community and I commit to supporting myself and them by sharing and inviting people to this event. We (the partners) will do everything possible to support you in this.
