    Through purchasing the KOTEX® Luxe with Love kit or KOTEX Luxe® Ultrathin Feminine Pads 8s, participants are eligible to enter the contest. Each KOTEX® Luxe with Love kit comes with a unique product code eligible for 6 entries while each KOTEX Luxe® Ultrathin Feminine Pads 8s comes with a unique product code eligible for 1 entry. Participants shall enter the unique product code on a Jotform as a proof of purchase. Once the form has been filled out, participants will post a self love letter on Instagram or Facebook. Monthly winners will be randomly selected while entries for the grand winners will be judged. All entries submitted during the duration of the promotional contest will be eligible for the grand prize.

    MECHANICS OVERVIEW:

Each KOTEX® Luxe with Love kit comes with a unique product code eligible for 6 entries while each stickered KOTEX Luxe® Ultrathin Feminine Pads 32cm 8s comes with a unique product code eligible for 1 entry.

     

    ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. The Promotion (“Promo”) is open to all women shoppers/customers of the Participating Stores who are 18 years old and above. All employees of Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc., their affiliates and agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.
    2. The Promotion period is from April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022
      (the “Promotion Period/ Promo Period”).
    3. By joining and participating in the Promo, those qualified and interested to join (the “Participant/s”) hereby confirm, agree and acknowledge that:
      1. She has read the full mechanics of this Promotion and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same;
      2. Organizers of the Promotion have the right to identify her as a participant in the Promotion and communicate the same at any time, in any territory and through any medium of release (mass media, digital media, etc.)
      3. She shall hold organizers of the Promotion free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with his/her participation in this Promotion as well as the statements and declarations made by participant in relation to the Promotion;
      4. She will share his or her personal information to Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc., its principals, subsidiaries, affiliates and their authorized third party agencies, as may be required for the purpose of participating in this Promotion, as well as any promotional activities in digital media, any press release, or any other medium suitable for the promotion of Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. or any of its products.
      5. For these purposes, Participant knowingly and voluntarily allows Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc., and their authorized third parties to collect, store, and process copies of her personal information which shall be processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and the Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. Notice, which can be accessed at https://www.kcprofessional.com.ph/privacy-statement. Except as otherwise stated, any personal information obtained relative to the authority herein given shall be strictly confidential. The extent of the collection and processing shall be necessary and incidental to the performance of the purposes provided above;
      6. Organizers of the Promotion may, without further compensation to participant: (i) reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding this Promotion, including Participant’s submissions/entries, through any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, or to any country or territory in the world; and (ii) authorize any of the above activities; and   
      7. Organizers of the Promotion shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and/or adaptations by third parties of any materials developed in the course of this Promotion including but not limited to advertising materials and Participant’s submissions/entries.
    4. By joining and participating in the Promotion, those qualified and interested to join the Promotion hereby confirm, agree and acknowledge that he or she has read the full mechanics of this Promotion and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same.

    DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURES:

    1. Open to all Filipino women (must be of legal age 18 years old and above) who avail of the KOTEX® Luxe with Love Kit or the or KOTEX Luxe® Ultrathin Feminine Pads 8s. 
      In addition, participant’s entry must comply with the following:
      1. The entry is strictly for women of legal age 18 years old and above.
      2. The Entry must be clear and must contain wholesome images;
      3. The Entry must not be offensive, disparaging or discriminatory to any person or entity, whether living or already deceased;
      4. The Entry must not infringe any rights including intellectual property rights of any third party.
    2. By joining/participating in the Promo: 
      1. Participant agrees and consents to the use, display, and/or exhibition of her Entry by Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. on the KOTEX® Official Facebook page and other digital assets of Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc.;
      2. Participant warrants that she has the rights to the images she will submit as Entry to the Promo, and the same will not violate any rights including intellectual property rights of any third party; 
      3. Participant warrants that the image she will submit as Entry to the Promo are of themselves only; and
        Participant agrees to make her Entry visible to the public.
    3. All participants must submit the Jotform with the unique product code and prepare an image containing the self love letter. The following requirements must be prepared as well for verification:
      1. Filled out form following the requirements below:
        1. Name
        2. Contact Number
        3. Email Address
        4. Address
        5. Instagram/Facebook Username
        6. Unique Product Code
        7. Verification that the participant is of legal age (checkbox)
      2. Image of Self Love Letter posted on Facebook/Instagram
        1. An image of the participant holding a self love letter addressed to themself publicly posted on Facebook or Instagram 
        2. Image post with the hashtag #DareToLoveYourselfMore
        3. Image post following and tagging @kotexPH
    4. Participants may submit multiple entries. Only entries verified with the unique product code on the form will be eligible to win prizes.
    5. Participants will need to complete the form and post their images on Facebook or Instagram. Once selected, an email will be prompted to the entrant to complete the full details of the application, as well as additional requirements to be submitted which are:
      1. Personal Information (for contact purposes):
        1. Full Name
        2. Mobile Number
        3. Address
        4. Email Address
        5. Birthdate
        6. Gender
        7. Any of the following official government ID:
          • Social Security System (SSS)
          • Government Service Insurance System (GSIS)
          • Commission on Elections (Voter’s ID)
          • Land Transportation Office (Driver’s)
          • Philippine Passport
          • Bureau of Immigration (Alien Registration)
    6. Entrants will need to accept Terms & Conditions under Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. privacy policy. Only those who choose “I agree,” will be able to successfully submit an entry. 

    7. By submitting an entry, the participant attests that she has read the full mechanics and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion.

    8. Participants can submit their entries from April 1, 2022 - June 30, 2022 11:59 PM.

    AWARDING OF WINNERS & AWARDS AT STAKE:

    1. The Organizers of the Promotion shall randomly select the entries for the Monthly Winners based on the following criteria with the presence of a DTI representative via Zoom: 
      1. Accomplishment of the Form
      2. Posting of the Self Love Letter image on Facebook or Instagram
    2. The Organizers of the Promotion shall select the entries for the Grand Winners based on the following criteria:
      1. 25% Uniqueness/Novelty - This will determine the participant’s ability to communicate the KOTEX Luxe® premium branding and message in a unique manner in the entry.
      2. 25% Creativity - This will determine the participant’s creativity in the design of the self love letter and the image composition.
      3. 25% Message - This will determine the participant’s ability to communicate the KOTEX Luxe® premium branding and message in the entry.
      4. 25% Relevance - This will determine the relevance of the message of the self love letter in the entry to the branding and message of KOTEX Luxe®.
    3. Judging of entries will be done by the Organizers of the Promotion in the presence of a DTI representative. The decision that will be made is final. Note that the competition in itself is only for the participant to have a chance to win in the KOTEX Luxe® Dare To Love Yourself More contest. Judging of entries will still be based on the full discretion of the Organizers of the Promotion.
    4. Cut-off time for the judging of entries is on July 1, 2022. Entries sent beyond the cut-off date will no longer be accepted. Monthly Winners will be eligible to be Grand Winners.
    5. Overall, the Promotion will have a total of 16 Monthly Winners, and 3 Grand Winners by the end of the promo. Winner will be announced through the KOTEX® Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/KotexPH/) and the KOTEX® Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/kotex.ph/?hl=en).
    6. The winners of the promotion shall be subjected to verification. During verification, Organizers of the Promotion will require the winners to send their government-issued ID via email. If the participant cannot be reached within seven (7) days from the first attempt to contact her; if she replies in a negative manner; or if she states that they or any authorized representative cannot claim the award/s, the Organizers of the Promotion shall have the right to declare another winner in accordance with the terms and conditions of these mechanics, Organizers shall proceed with the verification until such time that they are able to verify and declare a new winner. During the verification process, winners will also be informed on how and when to claim their awards. 

    HOW TO CLAIM AWARDS: 

    1. Winner will be contacted through email and mobile.
    2. Winner is required to submit one valid ID.
    3. If the participant or her duly authorized representative does not redeem after the lapse of seven (7) days from the date of notification, the award shall be forfeited in favor of Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. subject to the approval of DTI.
    4. All awards earned under this promotion are not transferable and the awards that are non-monetary are not convertible to cash. 
    5. Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. shall pay the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
    6. The claiming of prizes shall be subject to the following conditions:
      1. Possession of all the qualifications and none of the disqualifications set forth in these mechanics; and
      2. Compliance with all the terms and conditions set forth in these mechanics.
    7. Where applicable, prizes shall be supplied with standard manufacturer’s/dealer’s warranties only. Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. and its agents shall not liable for any warranty whatsoever over the prize, which is the sole liability of the manufacturer/dealer. Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. and its agents will not be liable with respect to any death, injury, or consequential loss or damage arising from the distribution or use of any prize and any manufacturer’s/dealer’s refusal to honor its warranty.
    8. By accepting and/or claiming the prize, the winner attests that she has read and understood the mechanics of this Promo and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same.
    9. Awards unclaimed by July 11, 2022 shall be forfeited.

    1. Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to determine the suitability of the entries at its discretion, and to disqualify any entries it determines to be incomplete, ineligible, or inappropriate for any reason.  
    2. Employees of Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. and Ogilvy & Mather Philippines (referred to collectively as “Organizers of the Promotion”) and other official media partners and sponsors and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining. 
    3. By joining and participating in “KOTEX Luxe® Dare To Love Yourself More” (the “Promotion”), those qualified and interested to join the Promotion (the “Participant/s”) hereby confirm, agree and acknowledge that: 
      1. She has read the full mechanics of this Promotion and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same;
      2. Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. and its authorized third parties are permitted to receive his or her registration data and all personal information supplied by her will be used by Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. and its authorized third parties, in accordance with its privacy policy and only for purposes of running the Promotion;
      3. Organizers of the Promotion have the right to identify him or her as a participant or a winner in the Promotion and communicate the same at any time, in any territory and through any medium of release (mass media, digital media, etc.)
      4. She shall hold Organizers of the Promotion free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with his/her participation in this Promotion, including the awards, as well as the statements and declarations made by participant in relation to the Promotion;
      5. She explicitly authorizes Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc., its subsidiaries and its agencies have the right to use her photos or reproduce the files submitted by her for this Promotion in digital media, press or any medium they may find suitable for promoting their products.
      6. Organizers of the Promotion may, without further compensation to participant: 
        1. Reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding this Promotion, including the Participant’s entry, by any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, or to any country or territory in the world; and 
        2. Authorize any of the above activities; and Organizers of the Promotion shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and/or adaptations by third parties of any material or information regarding this Promotion.
    4. In case of disputes, the decision of Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. in concurrence with the decision, is deemed final.
    5. Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. assumes no responsibility for:
      1. Any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information on the website/s herein caused by any third party, i.e., website users, hackers, among others, or caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the conduct of the Promotion.
      2. Any statement, comment or declaration posted or submitted on the websites and platforms used in relation to the Promotion.
      3. Any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, for lost network connections, garbled computer transmissions, and other problems or technical malfunctions in the conduct of this Promotion.
      4. Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of submissions of the Participants under the Promo or other similar instances that may occur in connection with or in relation to the Promo;
      5. Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of the email addresses used in this Promotion.
      6. Any error, omission, corruption, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of any of the submissions of the participants under this Promotion or other similar instances that may occur in connection with or in relation to this Promotion.
    6. Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any access to and use of the websites and platforms used in relation to the Promotion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, everything on the foregoing website/s herein are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose or use or non-infringement.
    7. Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. shall have the right to disqualify any Participant who, in Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc.’s sole discretion, is not entitled to win based on the mechanics of the Promo. The decision of Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. on this matter is final;
    8. Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. shall be entitled to cancel, discontinue or suspend this Promotion on the basis of the occurrence of force majeure events or any event beyond the control of Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. that will not make it possible to continue with the conduct of the Promotion without affecting the fairness and integrity of the same, including but not limited to the following:
      1. programs not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering;
      2. unauthorized intervention;
      3. technical failures;
      4. technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, computer equipment and software;
      5. failure of any email account to transmit message/s to the organizers of the Promotion on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the internet or any website;
      6. injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person's computer due to or resulting from participating in the Promotion or downloading any materials from the website/s; or
      7. Any other causes which would corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, and integrity of selecting the participants in this Promotion.
    9. The decision of Kimberly-Clark Philippines, Inc. to cancel, discontinue or suspend this Promotion based on the foregoing is absolute and final and they will not engage in any dialogue with any person regarding such decision.
