Kelly Von Tattoo here!
Thank you so much for submitting a request to be tattooed by me.
If you have not already, please visit my online portfolio and check out my work before submitting an inquiry. This will give you an idea of my style of tattooing, and what to expect within my creative design process. On Instagram, https://www.instagram.com/tattooedkelly666/
To be considered in this next booking window, please read the following new and updated information on how to book with me, and what to expect in the coming weeks. This is the only way you can submit an inquiry with me, so it is very important to understand and follow these instructions. It ensures a smooth booking process, helps maintain order with the high volume of requests I receive, and it will determine if I am the best fit for your tattoo dreams. Every client deserves an artist who is also fully invested in their tattoo!
General Pricing/Information
This booking round my hourly rate is $200 per hour and the deposit to hold the appointment is $100.
If your design is larger and requires more than one session, your deposit will be kept on file until the project is complete.
If you have a budget, there will be a space for you to share that with me. I will let you know if that idea is realistic within those bounds, or if we need to consider altering the design/sizing.

Submissions with an excessive amount of ideas- please limit your inquiries to a max of two ideas and include them within the same form. Do not submit multiple forms. I would be more than happy to tattoo you many times in the future, but let us focus on one or two tattoos at a time!
Next Steps
Once submitted, they will be sorted into projects that will be taken on, those that may fit better for a walk in day, and those that will not be booked.
I try to be as efficient as possible, and ask my clients to prepare for a 2-4 week wait time to hear back from me. I move through inquiries in groups, continuing with the next set of requests each week.
You will then receive an email, letting you know I have decided to take your project on, or a respectful declination with information about walk in days/other artists that would work better.
If your project is declined and you would like more information, please do not hesitate to ask! I am so thankful for your inquiry and would be happy to speak further.
Finalizing an Appointment Once Accepted
You will receive an email with a list of dates, please choose your top three choices.
Once you reply with your choice of date, you will receive a link to submit a deposit.
Once I have received that deposit, you will receive a confirmation with a date, and time, and you'll be added into the calendar system.
Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable . They will remain on file until a project is complete, and be taken off the cost of the tattoo on the final appointment day.
Canceling/Rescheduling an appointment within 48 hours, canceling/rescheduling more than two times, or not showing up to an appointment (no call, no show) may result in the retention of your deposit.
You must call/text the shop AND email your artist directly to notify of any changes to your appointment date and time.
You will not have any changes to your date and time selection set in stone until you have put a new deposit down, or spoken to the shop directly about your current one.
Below you will find questions to highlight information I need to conceptualize your inquiry. Please be thorough and add any details that are most important to you with this design.
