  • Vending Space

Please submit information on your vending space below. We will plan our site layout using this information, so if you fill this out incorrectly, we may not have enough space for your setup when you arrive onsite. FILL THIS OUT CAREFULLY. If you have more than one vending location, you must fill out a separate Food Vendor Advance Form for each location.
  • Menu

**DO NOT INCLUDE SALES TAX IN YOUR PRICING. TAX WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO EACH TRANSACTION.** Please list ALL MENU ITEMS you wish to serve below. Menu items must be approved in writing by Do LaB, Inc. Click the '+' button to add more items. If you want to offer multiple versions of one item, like a chicken burrito and a steak burrito, use the 'Item Category' field to create a group. In this example, the 'Item Category' would be 'Burrito,' and the 'Item Name' would be 'Chicken Burrito' or 'Steak Burrito.' Your submission will be uploaded to your POS unit, and will also be displayed on the LIB mobile app, so it's important that you go slowly, check your spelling, and use proper capitalization.
  • Storage Vehicles

All food vendors are allowed one Storage Vehicle per vending location. Storage Vehicles will be parked as close as possible to your vending location, and once they are parked they may not move until after the event. Storage Vehicles include box trucks, vans, trailers, refrigerated trucks, refrigerated vans, refrigerated trailers, and any other vehicles used to store product/equipment. You may not camp in your Storage Vehicle. Please fill out the information below to let us know about your Storage Vehicle, if any.
  • In / Out Vehicle Pass

All food vendors will receive one In / Out Vehicle Pass that will allow that vehicle to leave the event site to go to the store or run other off-site errands. You may park this vehicle in one of our staff parking lots for free (Standard In / Out Pass), or you may pay $100 for an optional Close Parking Pass. Standard parking could be a long walk from your vending location. The Close Parking Pass grants the vehicle access to a reserved parking spot positioned very close to your vending location. Maximum one Close Parking Pass per vendor. We will invoice you.
  • Car Camping Passes

If anyone on your crew wishes to camp next to their car, you may purchase car camping passes for $140 each. Car Camping is not allowed behind food vendor rows - you must camp in one of the GA camping areas. Please select how many car camping passes you would like to purchase. We will invoice you. You may also purchase Car Camping Passes via www.libfestival.org, but please note that quantities are limited and pricing may vary.
  • RV Passes

Maximum one discounted RV Pass per vending location. This RV must be parked behind your vending location or in another nearby space designated by your vendor coordinator (NOT in general RV camping). Passes are $250 for RVs under 24' and $350 for RVs over 24'. You may purchase additional RV passes via www.libfestival.org, but please note that quantities are limited and pricing may vary.
  • Health Permitting

ALL food vendors (including food trucks and carts) must fill out a Health Permit Application via DocuSign and pay a Health Permitting Fee. The fee you will be required pay depends on your menu. Food vendors that are considered 'low hazard' will be required to pay $254. Food vendors that are considered 'high hazard' will be required to pay $279. Only Kern County Environmental Health can determine which fee you will be required to pay. We will invoice you. Do not submit payment to Kern County.
  • Fire Permitting

This year, the Kern County Fire Department is requiring all food booths to submit a layout showing the location of all tents, tables, warming equipment, cooking equipment, propane tanks, and fire extinguishers within their vending space. Please reference the spreadsheet below to understand where various heating/cooking equipment may be placed (inside booth vs. a minimum of 12' away), and then download the appropriate Layout Template (10' or 20' frontage) and sketch out your booth layout. Food booths will not be charged a permitting or inspection fee. All food trucks/trailers (aka mobile food facilities) must fill out an Application for Mobile Kitchen Permit via DocuSign and pay a $145 fee (unless your MFF is already permitted in Kern County). We will invoice you. Do not submit payment to Kern County.
