Refer Back Program
Don't let your advertising & recruiting spend go to waste!
You have the option to sign up for our Refer Back program, where your ill fit applicants will also be shared with our team members who will then work to get those candidates placed with other companies in our network. In return, you will automatically receive $350 for every driver we are able to place elsewhere.
Criteria for "ill fit" is based on the following:
- Does not hold correct CDL class type
- Does not meet minimum experience required
- An owner operator applying to a company driver position (or vice versa)
- Mismatch in BOTH route preference(s) (e.g. local vs regional/OTR) and position type(s) desired (e.g. W2 vs 1099 for a company driver)
- Any applicants that are manually send to us by you
