CANCELLATION POLICY All reservation fees are NON-Refundable. We kindly ask that you give 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Be sure to do so through your email confirmation or contact your stylist directly. You are allowed ONE reschedule on the same consultation fee within 2 weeks of your original appointment. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your consultation, your stylist may have to modify it or you may have to reschedule. As a courtesy to your stylist and other clients, please notify your stylist if you are running late. Thank you for understanding this policy. It is in place to respect the time of the stylist as well as other clients waiting for appointments. All reservation fees will be non-transferable if appointment is a no-show or canceled beyond the 24 hour policy.
