Volunteer Form

All Staff / Junior Staff will be approved by Pastor Brian & Director before you will be able to volunteer.

If you are a Junior Volunteer (under 18, new to THRIVE), if approved, you will be place in Rotation Position unless otherwise approved under special circumstances.
Note: If volunteer application is approved, you will be required to fill out the camper registration form also.
