  • Band & Guard Membership Form

    2022-2023
  • Please fill out a separate form for each child if you have multiple children in the band program. Also, you will be required to pay your fees by credit card at the end of this form, so be sure to have your card handy.

  • Parent Support

We need help throughout the year in numerous ways and we expect all parents to support their children by donating some of their time. Championship teams depend on the help of parents and you WILL be contacted to help! What are your preferred areas of support? We will give you all the training and information that you will need to perform whatever activity you are interested in. Thank you in advance!

  • Fan Shirts

We would like our friends and parents who volunteer (especially on the field) to be uniform. Not a requirement, but a preference. Please consider purchasing a shirt below if you are volunteering with us. This is a customized, lightweight, dry-fit shirt with the Ranger Band & Guard logo on the back. This is the shirt that the staff will be wearing to most performances.
  • Fundraising

The funds raised are used to enrich your child's education by bringing out expert consultants to improve their performance, provide equipment that allows them to be competitive at the highest level, and keep band fees lower than our competitors. We also fundraise for capital expenses that are needed, such as: new pit trailer, marching band tower renovation, repainting parking lot.
  • FanAngel

This will be our Fall semester fundraiser. It is our intention that funds for the band be raised by the students and not just be a fee for the parents to pay. Therefore, we have chosen to use FanAngel as our biggest fundraiser of the year. To reach our full fundraising potential, each student must send emails to friends and family asking for their support. We need every student to get at least one donation. Please list emails below of up to 5 contacts that we can use for this fundraiser. At least one is required that is NOT a parent.
  • Corporate Sponsorship

We depend on the support of businesses in our community to help us continue our tradition of excellence. We advertise with signs at football games, announcements at performances, and logos on our trailer and in our concert programs. Would your company be interested in sponsoring the Clements Band? There are different levels and opportunities available! If you would like more information about this, see the information & sponsorship forms below.

  • *OPTIONAL* Trip

    Orlando, FL
  • The band has traditionally taken a trip every year until COVID cancelled everything.  We would like to bring back the annual band trip next year.  We typically stay within Texas and travel to San Antonio or Dallas.  However, we go out-of-state every 3-4 years to give the students a grander travel experience at least once during their tenure in high school.  After gathering feedback from parents and students, we have decided to take a trip to Orlando on January 13-17, 2023.  This will be an OPTIONAL trip for all students.  We feel that giving students the opportunity to travel with their band teammates makes their high school experience memorable and more meaningful.

The trip will include airfare from Houston to Orlando, full-time charter bus service, 4 nights of hotel accommodations, all meals, and admission to 4 theme parks.  Students will have the opportunity to perform on a Disney soundtrack during a workshop setting on Imagination Campus.

The estimated cost, as of today, is $1500 per person.  We will not know the final cost until airfare is purchased this summer, but this price assumes $500 for the flight.  Everyone will have the option to make payments for the trip in installments.  The balance must be paid off by November 1.  Travel insurance is also available.

More detailed information will follow once school starts.

  • TOTAL FEES FOR 2022-2023

  • Payment Terms

It is important for you to pay your fees in full today if you can do so. However, we want every student to be able to participate in band and will work with every family to find a way to make that happen. All installment plans must be completely paid by November 1. Keep in mind that if you opted in for the Orlando trip, there will be installments for that as well. Thank you!
