1. Evaluate data related to return-to-work rates for individuals undergoing arthroscopic rotator cuff repair and are aged 50 to 60 and work in manual labor jobs.
2. Compare patients undergoing ACL reconstruction with hamstring autograft with and without internal brace augmentation to assess for differences in failure rates and outcomes in an adolescent population.
3. Evaluate the relationship between obesity and post-operative complications in hand and upper extremity surgery.
