New members are always welcome. If you enjoy reading and learning about our Catholic faith then book club is made for you! Book club will inspire participants on our Catholic faith journey to develop a deeper spiritual life, and strengthen our personal relationship with Jesus and with each other.
Our next book will be Hope Always by Kris Frank. Plan to join us April 18th, May 2nd and 16th. We will have a morning session from 9:00am—10:30am, at the Parish Center at St. Bernard, Room 200, and an evening session from 7:00pm—8:30pm via Zoom. Register below to receive welcome information.
Hope. Always. Our Anchor in Life’s Storms will be a wonderful book on a deceptively simple virtue, Hope! People often reduce hope to a mere optimism about the future, or they may see it as synonymous with trust in God. In Hope Always, Kris Frank offers his down-to-earth and personal reflections on hope and how this crucial but often-misunderstood virtue can change our perspective on life’s difficulties. Book will be available at Parish Book Sale March 19 &20.
There is no cost to join, however, participants buy their own book. For questions email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
