FieldHaven's TNR Squad Trapper Registration

This registration form is for anyone trapping for FieldHaven Feline Center. This registration is mandatory for everyone who is trapping under FieldHaven's TNR program (project is managed and/or funded by FieldHaven). You must complete a TNR Training and certification. The virtual training is offered once each month through Community Cats Podcast. When you have completed the training you will receive a certificate of completion. The cost of the training course is $10.00. Upload your certificate in this form.

What geographic areas are you interested in helping to trap? FieldHaven's jurisdiction is primarily Placer County, Yuba County and just recently we added Citrus Heights. We sometimes have projects in other areas. *

As a certified trapper I agree to the following:
- I agree to complete my TNR certification and provide a copy of the certification.
- I agree to volunteer my time and skills to trap for FieldHaven projects.
- I agree to abide by FieldHaven's volunteer policies and code of conduct.
- I agree to follow FieldHaven's colony feeding guidelines and to ensure colony caregivers are following the guidelines at any colony I am trapping at.
- I agree to obtain appropriate persmission for trapping on private and public properties.
- I agree to have cats that I trap under FieldHaven's programs spayed/neuter at Hathaway Clinic unless I have made other arrangements with FieldHaven staff.
- I agree to only trap when there is a plan for the cats I am trapping. This includes, but not limited to:
  - spay/neuter appointments
  - transportation arrangements
  - TNR plan
  - If return to the colony is not possible, I agree to work with the property owners/tenants and FieldHaven to have an approprite outcome plan for the trapped cats.
