• Arrow Agent Volunteer Sign-up

    As the only fundraising event hosted by the USA Archery Arizona State Association each year, we rely on volunteers to assist with preparations and day-of-event needs. We seek athletes, parents, etc., who can volunteer their time and energy during the event this year to help support our Para athletes as archer's agents.

  • We have almost 3 dozen Para athletes competing in the Arizona Cup from 3 different countries and they need our help. Serving as an agent grants you access to the archer's seating area while assisting. 

  • Funds raised through this event help the state association provide the following support to the Arizona archery community:

    Offer multiple state championship events annually
    Supply the equipment used at state championships
    Provide education opportunities for judges and coaches
    Offer grants for Arizona athletes
    Allow us to offer discounted bales to clubs and membership
    Subsidize state memership fees for clubs
    Recognize athletes & provide tournament support - annual banquet
    Maintenance and capital improvements to the outdoor range at BASF 

    Days/Times Needed
    Friday. April 14th (8:00 AM-2:30 PM)
    Saturday, April 15th (8:00 AM - 12:30 PM)

    **We may need assistance during the open practice day - Thursday April 13th (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

    Archer's Agent Responsibilities:
    Represent the archer at the bale
    Score for archer
    Retrieve and pull arrows & return to archer
    Must be dress code compliant
    Safesport compliance & background screening (contact to discuss)
    Non-athlete pledge signed or current USA Archery membership
