Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. Client also understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals. It is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek independent professional guidance as needed. If the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, we recommend that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach. In no event shall The Voice Inc. or its staff be liable to the client for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this agreement.

Curriculum & Component

The IESSP is an acronym for Identity, Educational, Spiritual and Social Plan. It is modeled after the special education IEP (Individualized Educational Plan) and Inspired by the poem They Are Singing Your Song. These four component will be covered in the duration of your mentoring and life coach:

Personal Focus

The services provided by the mentor to the mentee are in-person coaching or tele-coaching, as jointly agreed with the mentee. Mentoring, which is not therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, behavioral issues, academic goals or general conditions in the mentee's life.

Schedule of Day & Time: Pick a day and time that best works for you between Tuesdays to Fridays and within the options of 9 am through 6 pm Eastern Time. One hour once a week.
