I strive to make sure my clients look back on their photos and see their story being told. Things that can make your photographs more personal to you can be including special items that help tell your story. If you would like to bring along your child's favourite toy (stuffed teddy, airplane, kite etc), a special picnic rug, musical instrument, sport or hobby items that you love. Any or all items like these can allow for personal images that reflect your passions, joys and history. These are optional bring alongs, you are welcome to message me any time about including any special items! If you have any in mind for your session please let me know below.

Deposit to secure your session

A refundable deposit to secure your session. The Deposit will be refunded to the client if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the day of the session. The Transaction Fee is non refundable. The remainder of the session fee must be paid no later than the day after the session. This can be cash on the day or I can invoice you prior for payment via e-transfer.

A. Photography Contract Terms: The above-listed client (the "Client") and Photographer (Photographer: Leah Green) agree that the Photographer will provide portrait photography services as outlined in the tables above. This is a legally-binding contract.This contract represents the entire understanding of the requirements, schedule, and payment terms for the portrait photography services listed above.If there are any disputes or actions resulting in legal proceedings related to this contract, such actions shall take place in and be subject to the laws of Australia.Clients accept sole financial responsibility for any legal fees or related costs incurred by the Photographer in enforcing the terms of this wedding photography contract. Any failure by one or both parties to uphold or enforce a provision of this contract shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision of this contract. B. PAYMENT The Client agrees to retain the Photographer for the services listed above by signing this portrait photography contract and paying a retainer fee listed above. Client acknowledges that no reservation can be made prior to the signature of this contract and subsequent payment of the initial service deposit. The remaining balance for the above listed portrait photography services shall be due in full no later than *the day of the session*. In the event that payment is not made in full by this deadline, Photographer reserves the right to terminate this contract, retain the initial deposit, and no longer be held liable for providing further services to the Client. C. CANCELLATION The Client may cancel this contract at any time up to 30 days prior to the day of the session. To do so, Clients must send a written cancellation notice via email. The Client hereby forfeit their initial deposit in case of cancellation, should they cancel this portrait photography contract after the date 30 days before the session. Client may reschedule the date of the portrait shoot listed above no later than 30 days prior to the photo session, with the written approval of the Photographer. Should the Photographer be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this portrait photography contract, but will forfeit their initial deposit. D. COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: As a client of Leah Green Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Leah Green Photography, said PHOTOGRAPHER; are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, print or reproduce without PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session, along with high resolution digital files. I understand the limited print release does not allow publication from chain labs (Shutterfly, BIGW, Target, Snapfish, etc.), selling, screenshots or altering images in any manner. Reproduction does include, downloading, saving to hard-drive, posting on personal websites/blogs/social media only with photographer acknowledgment and printing from said printers. All photographs and footage are and shall remain the sole intellectual property of the Photographer in accordance with Australian Copyright Laws. The Clients hereby waive any rights to intellectual property ownership, monetisation, or reproduction of the images and footage created by the Photographer, with exception of the terms of any formal written releases provided to the Client by the Photographer. E. MODEL RELEASE This photography agreement serves as a model release. This grants the Photographer the right to use all images and footage without restriction for advertising, portfolios, and other lawful purposes. The Clients waive the right to inspect any images or footage from the events in this contract, and the right to restrict the use of the images or footage from the listed events by the Photographer. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Client and Photographer. I hereby grant and understand that Leah Green Photography may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement, website, portfolio etc., and there will be no compensation to the above. F. IMAGE PROCESSING Photographer will perform limited colour correction, retouching and artistic editing prior to delivering any images to the Clients. The Clients may request additional copies or specific images and footage from the event within 30 days of the Photoshoot. Sneak Peeks will be edited and delivered up to 4 weeks from the photoshoot date. All remaining Images will be edited and uploaded onto the online client gallery up to 16 weeks from the Photoshoot date. G. DIGITAL MEDIA The Clients acknowledge that the Photographer does not maintain archives of images and footage after delivering requested images and other goods to the Clients. It is the Client's sole responsibility to request any desired prints, products, or files within 30 days of the Photoshoot. The online client gallery will remain accessible for a minimum of 90 days after the Photoshoot. H. LIABILITY If the Photographer should be unable to provide the goods and services outlined in this contract for any reason, Photographer agrees to refund any fees paid by the Client, and shall have no further liability with regards to this contract. This limitation of liability also applies to any loss or damage to footage, photographs or other materials after the events listed in this contract. The sole remedy for any actions or claims resulting from the Photographer's inability to deliver the goods and services listed in this contract shall be limited to a refund of monies paid by the Client to the Photographer. I. INJURY The Photographer is not Liable for any injuries incurred or sustained before during or after the photo session.*
