Terms & Conditions

1. I assume the risk of any accident or personal injury that may occur to myself or members of my party while I am in possession of the VIP/lounge Room during contracted event.

2. Damage that occurs to the VIP/lounge and its contents while it is in my possession will be my responsibilty to resovle.

3. I agree to restore the room and its contents to its prior condition and will assume responsibility for any and all damage to the room and any of its contents. Items include, but are not limited to: furniture(couches/tables), electronics, flat screen, walls, floors and any other item of any estimable value not contained in this list.

4. Additional Terms: No Outside iiquior allowed while in VIP Room/Lounge, Renter agrees to purchase all merchandise from Cigar X for event.

5. Final Payment is due one week before event date, final bill will be less required $200 deposit.
