Before a new puppy can go home, we need to get to know a potential puppy owner. Our guardians are the backbone of our program and we are so thankful to every one.

Every puppy family has different needs, and this information form helps us identify who needs what information and what homes might make the best fit.
This questionnaire is designed to help LJ Kennels Pomskies find the best guardian families possible. All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. LJ Kennels Pomskies reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions!
