A practical, hands-on cooking program where participants will learn the basics of safe food handling, cutting, cooking and preparing meals with inclusions
Participants will learn how to cook simple and affordable dishes (2 pasta dishes, 2 rice dishes, 2 meat dishes and
2 vegetarian dishes), as well as 8 desserts/ snacks throughout the 8 week program
Inclusions:
- Goal setting and outcome measures assessment
- 8 week program
- Videos to guide you through cooking each meal at home
- Printed recipe book for home use
- Special glove to prevent cuts
- Outcome report
