A Conversation with Dr. Janeria Easley, Assistant Professor of African American Studies and Sociology at Emory University

Please join us for an evening with Dr. Janeria Easley, who will discuss the mental health challenges she experienced as a Black woman and first-generation graduate student at a predominantly white institution for graduate school. Dr. Easley will explain how prioritizing a healthy state of mind is a daily, ongoing commitment that is an integral part of her success and happiness, and she will share tips with students about how to protect and prioritize their mental health as they move through the world.
