1.18 Penalties and Protests and Dispute Resolution
a) The Board will impose a Penalty on any team that fails to adhere to these By-Laws.
b) A team wishing to protest or dispute the result of a game must lodge the protest in
writing with the Association within 72 hours of the game being concluded.
c) A team wishing to protest a penalty must lodge the protest in writing with the
Association within 72 hours of the penalty being notified.
d) Upon receiving a protest or dispute the Board will meet to determine the matter. Such meeting can include:
i) Discussing the issue with the relevant team or teams,
ii) Informal meetings with the parties involved,
iii) Gaining any and all information that the Board considers relevant to the matter.e) The Board will advise the result of the protest or dispute and this decision shall be final.

If a team wishes to appeal/protest against a team penalty that has been incurred, please complete the form within 72 hours of receiving the penalty notice.
