- Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed on outgoing faxes. Please note
  that faxed documents are UNOFFICIAL.
- Photo Identification is required to pick-up your transcript at school. If you
  authorize another individual to pick up your transcripts, you must provide
  that individual with a letter of authorization and that person must provide
  his or her own picture ID.
- You will be asked to pay the fee after the academic office and the accounting office verify your information.
