All judges MUST be submitted through this online judge supply form by Friday 25th March.

A seperate form is required to be submitted for each judge from your program.

All required fields must be completed before being able to submit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

LATE FORMS will be charged $100 to the club as per the Judge Policies and Protocols.

* In order to avoid paying a judge's fine, clubs MUST provide judge/s per session that they have gymnasts competing in. Information on the supply of judges and fines can be found in the the GNSW Judge Policies and Protocols.

* Judges must be current technical members and clubs are required to provide a judge that holds an appropiate accreditation for each level and is available to judge for the nominated sessions.

* Judges nominated by a club must have a current relationship with the club - this can be managed via the Club Admin Portal on the Technical Member Tab.
