The form below is the require proposal form for requesting funds from SGA! Please be sure to read the form thoroughly and fill out all required sections.
SGA accepts proposals for the fall semester between October 1–November 30 and for the spring semester between January 30–March 31.
Please submit all proposals by Wednesday at 5 p.m. on the week that you plan to present. We will email you with the time and location of your presentation or to coordinate any additional information.
Please note: If your funding request is over $1,000, your advisor MUST be present when you present your proposal to SGA or else your presentation will be rescheduled for a time when your advisor can be present.
There is also no guarantee that your group will be reimbursed any funds that have already been spent prior to submitting this form. If this request is for funds related to a reibursment of funds already spent, your advisor will need to be present no matter the amount being requested.
