  • Details About the 360 Booth & What's Included When Renting

    • The 360 Booth is automatic and controlled with a small hand held remote.
    • It can hold up to 3 people.
    • Rental Includes:
      • An on-site attendant
      • Unlimited 360 videos 
      • 1 event overlay filter that will display on all videos
      • 1 song of choice that will be played on all videos
  • Payment Details

    • There is $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that is due at the time of booking to save your date. 
    • There is also an additional traveling fee of $50.
    • Remaining balance is due the day before the event NO EXCEPTIONS.

     

    An invoice will be sent via paypal. There is also an option for payments to be made via zelle to :

  • Company and Client Expectations

    • Setup: The Company will arrive and set up 30 minutes prior to booking time. Break down of the Booth will happen at the end of specified timed.Clients shall ensure that the following power and electrical outlets shall be available for the Booth set up and use. The company representative will be present throughout the Event to facilitate the usage of the Booth.
    • Indemnity: Please ensure that there is adequate space for the 360 booth to be stationed. We want to refrain from individuals bumping or walking into the booth.Clients shall be responsible for any damage to the Booth that occurs during the Event. Clients shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from and against any and all damage to the Booth occurring during the Event, including without limitation due to use or misuse of the Booth, and any and all damage due to theft, flooding, fire or other disaster, casualty, or unforeseen event.
