The River District Welcome Center is the central hub for residents, friends and businesses to get together. This is also the spot for our neighborhood events and is available for community residents and businesses to reserve for private meetings.

All private parties/meetings must be concluded and cleaned up by the time agreed upon.

Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance of the needed time. Reservations are limited to 90 days in advance. Reservations over 3 hours will be subject to a fee of $30 and $10 an hour thereafter. Fee must be paid by check, made out to Rockwood Property Management, prior to using the conference room.

Event Description:*

For an event with more than 15 people, please provide additional narrative of the event and how restrooms and parking will be managed and maintained during the event. There are 14 chairs in the conference room available to use.

Residents are required to submit a Welcome Center Reservation Form for each event, acknowledging the following rules:

The Conference Room is the ONLY space that may be reserved.
The Conference Room is to be left in the same condition it was found, including cleaning countertops, sink, dishes, and removal of garbage.
Smoking is prohibited within a distance of twenty-five (25) feet from all portions of the leasehold premises and common areas. The term "smoking" means inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe, or other tobacco or leaf based product in any manner or in any form, including vapor and/or e-cigarettes.
The number of guests should not be less than 2 people or exceed 15 people.
