River District Welcome Center Reservation Agreement
Resident/Business Owner Private Event
The River District Welcome Center is the central hub for residents, friends and businesses to get together. This is also the spot for our neighborhood events and is available for community residents and businesses to reserve for private meetings.
All private parties/meetings must be concluded and cleaned up by the time agreed upon.
Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance of the needed time. Reservations are limited to 90 days in advance. Reservations over 3 hours will be subject to a fee of $30 and $10 an hour thereafter. Fee must be paid by check, made out to Rockwood Property Management, prior to using the conference room.
