What is an Elim Alumni Ambassador?
1. A graduate of Elim with a desire and ability to bring together other alumni in their area for fellowship and connection. This could also include facilitating a Class Reunion of one or more classes.
2. A graduate of Elim who is willing to share about and promote Elim in their local churches, schools, etc. Materials can be provided for distribution depending on the event.
Elim Ambassador Guidelines:
1. Oversight for Elim Ambassdors will be provided by our Elim Alumni President - currently Guy Gabriel.
2. Limited Resources - both financial and material - for Alumni Gatherings/Class Reunions may be available, subject to the needs of the gathering.
3. Communication - Elim Ambassadors are welcome to promote alumni events through their social media platforms, including posts on the Elim Alumni Facebook Group. . Elim is also open to assist with communications through mail, email and phone as needed and requested.
4. Updated Contact Information - in organizing alumni events, updated contact information may be provided by alumni. This benefits both the school and the alumni to have current contact information, and any current updates Alumni Ambassadors can obtain and pass on to Elim will be greatly appreciated. Elim includes our Alumni Contact Information Update form link in our communications, and Alumni Ambassadors are encouraged to do so as well.
These guidelines are meant to be flexible and adaptable as responsibilities and needs change so please don't hesitate to ask questions or give feedback. The goal of both the school and the Alumni is to provide memorable and fun opportunities for connection and fellowship to Alumni.
