By signing clicking and signing below, I acknowledge that:
I agree to follow all rules, regulations, and codes of conduct of the NMYAFL. I agree to follow all rules of the various organizations and individuals sanctioned by the NMYAFL. These activities and individuals include, but are not limited to, coach’s council, NMYAFL Board of Directors, NM Activities Association Officials, NMYAFL officials, and the NMYAFL Commissioners. In addition, I will select all necessary team assistants and coordinators, and provide these names, addresses, and phone numbers to the NMYAFL by the tournament. I understand that I am a member of the NMYAFL coach’s council.

I understand that there is a $200 team fee per NFL Flag team. The team fee is due on or before the first game of the season.

I understand that there is a $300 team fee per Spring Tackle team. The team fee is due on or before the first game of the season.

I accept the game officials as the highest authority during any game and understand that there is no appeal in the NMYAFL except for player eligibility. I will comply with the NMYAFL minimum 10 play requirements (to be completed by end of 3rd quarter) for all players participating in the league/tournament. I understand that there is a $200 Team Fee per NFL Flag and $300 Spring Tackle Team Fee. I agree to read, study and abide by the official football rules of the National Federation of State High School Associations, as well at the NMYAFL League and NFL Flag rules, a copy of each will be provided to me by NMYAFL. Terms of this agreement are subject to change by NMYAFL Board of Directors. My signature below verifies that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all of the terms outlined in this agreement.
